Using Noqey

Noqey is free to download and use, for personal and professional work. Please don't misuse it or attempt to break, resell, or misrepresent it.

Transcription may contain errors

Noqey turns speech into text and can make mistakes, especially with names, jargon, or background noise. Always review important text before you act on it or send it. You are responsible for what you do with the text Noqey produces, including anything you send to an AI, a person, or a system based on it.

Provided "as is"

Noqey is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do our best to make it reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be accurate, available, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farmersdance is not liable for any damage or loss arising from your use of Noqey, including from transcription errors. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Your own API keys and providers

If you use a cloud provider (such as OpenAI or Groq) with your own API key, you are responsible for your account and any costs, and that provider's terms apply to your use of their service.

Changes

These terms may be updated; the date at the top shows the current version. Continued use means you accept the changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
